Are you currently accepting 1:1 therapy clients?
Right now my caseload for ongoing weekly/biweekly 1:1 therapy is full. If youβd like to work with me, youβre welcome to join my waitlist and Iβll reach out as soon as a spot opens :) In the meantime, intensives are a great option to begin sooner.

What are therapy intensives?
Therapy intensives are 3-hour extended sessions that allow us to go deeper than traditional weekly therapy. Instead of spreading the work out over months, intensives give us the space to stay with what comes up, process at a steady pace, and create meaningful shifts in less time.
Intensives are especially helpful if:
- You donβt want to wait for a weekly spot to open.
- Youβre feeling βstuckβ in weekly therapy and want to go deeper.
- Youβre ready to dedicate focused time to your healing journey.
-
Do you accept insurance?
Anthology Collective currently does not accept insurance. However, we can provide a superbill for therapy sessions, which may help with out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance. Please note, we are only able to provide superbills and are not involved in the reimbursement process beyond that.
-
What are your fees?
Initial intake session: $200 (50 minutes)
Individual therapy session: $175 (50 minutes)
Intensive sessions: $630 (3 hours)
Longer sessions and intensives give us more space to go deeper and create meaningful change without the stop-and-start of weekly therapy.
For more details, check out the Services and Investment tab for a full breakdown of therapy and intensive options.
