As a Certified Herbalist and Specialist in Nutritional & Integrative Medicine, I also hold space for the body—offering practical tools that support your focus, sleep, mood, and nervous system through the gut-brain connection.


I believe healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about coming home to what’s been buried.
